I cannot get in
Your employer set this up, so your account starts with their join link. It creates your account in one step. If you do not have the link, ask whoever arranged this training where you work. They have your company code.
If you have signed in before, the sign-in page takes your password, your Google account if it matches the email your employer used, or a link we send to your email or phone.
If none of that works, ask us at the bottom of this page.
Where are my certificates
On your certificates page, the moment you finish a module. Sign in and they are there to download. You do not have to ask anyone for them.
How long do we have access
A license does not start counting until it is activated. Once it is, it runs for twelve months.
I am setting this up for my team
You buy the licenses and hand out one company code. Your people join with the code. You do not enrol them one at a time, and you do not send us a list of names. Each certificate is ready the moment someone finishes.
Who made these courses
Nine modules on workplace conduct, most of them presented on camera by employment lawyers at Ogletree Deakins. Special Learning hosts and sells the program.
